Fixing Agent for Acid Dyes on Nylon
SUNLIFE EP-002 is a special after treating agent to improve the wet fastness of acid dyes on polyamide fibers.
Hitherto, two bath methods with Tannic acid and Tartrated antimony have been applied to the fixation of colors , which are found inconvenient.
SUNLIFE EP-002 can exert an excellent effect for fastness and softer hand on dyed goods in one bath method, and yet provides with equivalent fastness to the said two bath method.

1.SUNLIFE EP-002 exerts an excellent effect to improve the wet fastness for polyamide fibers dyed with acid dyestuffs in one bath method.
2.SUNLIFE EP-002 is easily soluble in cold water and liquid, so that the product is of great convenience for using.
3.Effect of SUNLIFE EP-002 is not affected by the existence of PVA, nonionic surfactants, etc.
3.SUNLIFE EP-002 does not impair the light fastness of dyes nor cause a change on shade of dyed goods.
5.SUNLIFE EP-002 does not affected physical properties of polyamide fibers in comparison with Tannic acid.
6.SUNLIFE EP-002 does not affect the rubbing fastness of the goods. -
