Characteristics:
1. SUNLIFE E-68 exerts an excellent effect to improve the wet fastness for polyamide fibers dyed with acid dyestuffs in one bath method.
2. SUNLIFE E-68 has low COD value and high security in the same type of product, that can reduce the burden on wastewater treatment.

3. SUNLIFE E-68 in Nylon fibers properties less affected, very little impact poor hand. Strong Acidic Fixing Agent cause metal corrosion easily, that make fiber embrittle and user hurt.

SUNLIFE E-68 is enhance the wet fastness Nylon acid dyes substance and the development of products that can bring good wet fastness. SUNLIFE E-68 do not need to adjust pH , operating convenience, good stability, can reduce the formation of color staining.
Recently, wastewater management regulations have became more and more strict, SUNLIFE E-68 has low COD value and high security in the same type of product, that can reduce the burden on wastewater treatment.
Directions for Use:
Please put required amount of into bath filled with water, and stir continuously.
After treatment bath is set with
SUNLIFE E-68 1 ― 5 % (o.w.f.)
The acidity of the bath must be approximately pH 3.5.
The treatment is given for 20 – 30 minutes at a temperature of 75 – 80 ℃, and then
followed by soaping and drying process.
Note:
1. Please put and preserve this product in cool place. After it is opened, please use it up as soon as possible.
