Multi-purpose Chelating/Dispersing Agent
NEOCRYSTAL BC-265 is newly developed multi-purpose chelating/dispersing agent, and it can
enhance the quality of the fabrics by prevention of metal ions based troubles which come from water
used in the process or from the fiber itself.
Characteristics
1. NEOCRYSTAL BC-265 prevents the machine from build-up stains and scales during
desize, scour, bleach, and dye process. It is effective to be used as a scale remover from the machine.
2. NEOCRYSTAL BC-265 imparts excellent chelating / dispersing performance during desize, scour, bleach, and dye process to solve the metal ions based troubles,
especially calcium ions, coming from the water or fiber itself.
3. NEOCRYSTAL BC-265 with its excellent anti-redeposition property, propels the removal, dispersibility, and solubility of acrylic sizes in polyester filament scouring
process.
4. NEOCRYSTAL BC-265 improves the softness and whiteness of the treated goods by preventing accumulation of scales on the scour / bleach machine and eventually
protects fabrics from making pinholes when H2O2 bleach.
5. NEOCRYSTAL BC-265 with its good dispersibility and solubility of oligomer, enhances the quality of the goods and keep the machine clean when added in the
soaping process after alkali weight reduction.

1. In the alkali bath, the optimum amount of NEOCRYSTAL BC-265 is depending on the
process, kind of materials, or the condition of water. The following is the standard.
Scouring of synthetic fibers 0.5—1.0g/l
Alkali weight reduction 1.0—2.0g/l
Desize and scour on cotton 0.5—2.0g/l
Bleaching for cotton 0.5—2.0g/l
2. In the acid bath, the optimum amount of NEOCRYSTAL BC-265 is depending on the
process, kind of materials, or the condition of water. The following is the standard.
Bleaching of sodium chlorite for cotton and its bland 0.5—1.0g/l
Disperse dyeing of polyester 0.5—1.0g/l -
