NEWBON MG
Leveling Agent fo Metal-Complex and Milling Type Acid Dyes
NEWBON MG is a leveling agent for the dyeing of nylon and wool fibers with
metal-complex dyes, and shows excellent dispersing, retarding, and migration
properties to metal-complex dyes.
NEWBON MG exerts its superb performances onto half-milling, milling, and
super-milling type dyes as well as metal-complex dyes; it can be effective in a wide range
of application.
Furthermore, NEWBON MG foam-forming property of low degree, and successfully
checks the troubles caused by foam, such as dye specks due to fabric floating in the
dyeing operation by the liquid-flow type dyeing machines and pump cavitation.

The optimum quantity of NEWBON MG to be used varies with the type and preparation
of the material being treated, the dye used, and the type of dyeing machine employed,
but 1 to 3 %o.w.f. shall be recommended as the standard.
It shall be noted that the excessive use of NEWBON MG will suppress the dye-absorption
into fiber and lower the final exhaustion of dyes.
