SUNLIFE TN-174 is a special after treating agent to improve the wet fastness of acid dyes on polyamide fibers.
SUNLIFE TN-174 can exert an excellent effect for fastness and softer hand on dyed goods in one bath method , and yet
provides with equivalent fastness to the said two bath method.

Characteristics and Applications:
1. SUNLIFE TN-174 exerts an excellent effect to improve the wet fastness 、Colorfastness to Perspiration 、Colorfastness to Water、Colorfastness to Laundering、polyamide fibers dyed with acid dyestuffs in one bath method.
2. SUNLIFE TN-174 is easily soluble in cold water and liquid , so that the product is of great convenience for using.
3. Effect of SUNLIFE TN-174 is not affected by the existence of iron ions, chloride ions , nonionic surfactants , etc.
4. SUNLIFE TN-174 is a liquid, no smell, good working efficiency.
5. SUNLIFE TN-174 does not affected physical properties of polyamide fibers in comparison with Tannic acid.
6. SUNLIFE TN-174 does not affect the rubbing fastness of the goods.

Characteristics:
1. SUNLIFE E-68 exerts an excellent effect to improve the wet fastness for polyamide fibers dyed with acid dyestuffs in one bath method.
2. SUNLIFE E-68 has low COD value and high security in the same type of product, that can reduce the burden on wastewater treatment.

SUNLIFE E-68: 550 ~ 600 mg / L same type of products： 1400 ~ 1600 mg / L
3. SUNLIFE E-68 in Nylon fibers properties less affected, very little impact poor hand. Strong Acidic Fixing Agent cause metal corrosion easily, that make fiber embrittle and user hurt.
4. SUNLIFE E-68 do not need to adjust pH , operating convenience, good stability, can reduce the formation of color staining.

ESKUDO RC-010

Reduction Cleaning Agent

ESKUDO RC-010 is a sulfide-free reduction cleaning agent. It is a product developed after the
dyeing of disperse dyes of Polyester fiber and its blended products. It has excellent detergency, easy
to use in aqueous solution state, and biochemical decomposition. The rate of more than 85% can
shorten the wastewater treatment time, save processing costs and increase the amount of treatment,
and has no adverse effects on the human body. It can be used in low bath ratio reduction cleaning,
saving water resources and reducing water cost.

Characteristics:
1. As a Polyester fiber and its blended products, it is excellent in the reduction and dyeing
of disperse dyes.
2. Free of sulfides, no safety hazard to personnel handling and storage.
3. The biochemical decomposition rate is over 85%, which can shorten the wastewater
treatment time, save processing costs and increase the treatable amount.
4. The state of the aqueous solution is convenient for use.
5. After the reduction and washing, the color of the cloth is similar to that of the dyed cloth,
which reduces the problem of color after washing.
