DP-0100是雙氧水系統用安定劑，具有抑制雙氧水分解的效果。雙氧水與硫酸搭配使用時，可用於印刷電路板銅蝕刻製程，DP-0100可穩定蝕刻速率並得到良好的蝕刻效果。
雙氧水的活性氧成分與金屬離子激烈結合，雙氧水活性被大量消耗，造成雙氧水使用壽命變短。DP-0100具有抑制金屬離子催化雙氧水分解反應，以維持工程藥劑的使用壽命。
DP-0100 can be used as the stabilizer for Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2), has excellent ability to inhibit decomposition of H2O2 to extend bath-life of the process chemical. Moreover, the etching-performance can be improved by using this stabilizer.
With increasing the concentration of metal ion, the decomposition rate of H2O2 becomes higher because of the combination of H2O2 and metal. It will shorten the life time of H2O2.
DP-0100 has excellent ability to inhibit the reaction of H2O2 and metal, and the inhibition performance can be enhanced by increasing the dose of stabilizer.
